ATEX Certified Dip Tanks – SEBA Type DTF Dip Tanks have been designed for safe melting of waxes, plastics etc. in hazardous areas.
Tanks are robustly constructed using stainless steel externally for corrosion protection and mild steel internally. The flameproof immersion heater heats an oil jacket which is insulated with rockwool. A double wall heat conserving hinged stainless steel lid is fitted and lifting handles are built in.
Tanks are fitted with heaters approved by  II2G Exd IIC T3, flameproof glands and flexible armoured cable 5m long. 220/240 volt single phase is standard. 50/190 deg C adjustable thermostats fitted (fixed to factory settings).
