Returns & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Cancelling/Amending Your Order

You are entitled to request to cancel your order. If we have acquired specific materials to begin manufacturing or not, we may decide to reject this cancellation request.

To cancel, you must inform us of your request by means of a clear written statement. You can inform us by sending an email to: sales@seba.co.uk

If you paid in advance, and the cancellation is accepted, we will aim to reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will refund to the account used to pay for the order initially, we may request written confirmation on company headed notepaper of your account details. You will be liable for any fees charged by your bank.

Returning Goods

If goods are eligible to be returned, we may issue an RMA (Returns Material Authorization) number which should be quoted on any returns documentation and offer to send a courier in to collect them. If it would be easier for you to return the goods to us instead, please make sure you quote the RMA number as above. If sending the goods back to us yourself then please send to:
