Servicepower Ltd. has agreed the purchase of 100% of the shares in SEBA Developments Ltd. and will operate SEBA as a division of Servicepower.

Leon Bachelier, former owner and Managing Director of the company has decided to retire after more than 30 years, but will continue to act as a consultant for the company, primarily in a design capacity.

Martin Johnson, Managing Director of Servicepower Ltd. commented:
